Icy Whites will be at the Exclusive Wedding Show in Menzies hotel, Irvine. Sunday 26th February, entry is free. A great chance to see a selection of our spectacular wedding cakes.

The Helensburgh and Loch Lomond Wedding Show

Just a short note to say thanks to everyone who visited the show and commented on our cakes, we got lots of great feedback, met some lovely people and had a very enjoyable day.

Ive been busy decorating little fruit cakes with Rockin Robins to sell at the farmers markets at Paisley and Partick (a big thank you David Stevens) Unfortunately because of the bad weather some markets have been cancelled so I might have a few left over, such is life ! Merry Christmas to everyone lets hope its full of good cheer and must get blogging in 2011 so watch out !

Pretty little party cake

Baby blue iced chocolate orange bunnies for Gabriel, babies shouldn't really eat too many sweet treats so luckily he had his mummy and daddy to eat them up on his behalf !

Congratulations to Michelle and Gordon who were married on 30 July at Park Circus, Glasgow. I made them a lovely two tier polka dot sponge cake inspired by Michelle's ruby slippers. It was a really fantastic day and luckily everyone enjoyed the cake !
